This annual 2 week course is designed to deliver Practical Skills and Tools to microfinance managers, trainers and consultants from all around the world. It is also a unique opportunity to connect with peers and engage with some of the industry topmost microfinance experts while exploring a broad range of issues
from around the sector.

The course also offers participants the opportunity to explore themes and topics that broaden perspectives of the industry, its possibilities and challenges through moderated presentations and discussions.

Participants return home equipped with new practical knowledge and tools to apply within their institutions
