This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in a global programme to deepen industry understanding of how microfinance institutions (MFIs) can achieve their social mission. The Imp-Act Consortium is developing a comprehensive document which guides microfinance institutions (MFIs) through the process of implementing a social performance management (SPM) system. These guidelines will consolidate the experience of a broad range of industry stakeholders: Consortium members, MFIs and their SPM ‘champions', mentors and other organisations which support and promote SPM. We are seeking a guidelines writer to lead this effort.
